I am sick of hearing this one. I think this is the 10,000th time this rumor has come around in it's 3rd straight year!

Well, here goes nothing...

Jay-Z has reportedly told Beyonce to start scoping out wedding venues. Beyonce orginally wanted something big and lavish, but she is compromising for a nice eloquent spot in New York.

No ring has been seen on her finger, but the mysterious IV tattoos on the ring fingers still haven't been explained.

So there you have it, I don't know if this one has any truth to it at all, but we will see. Maybe 2008 will be great for them!
