I had the oppportunity to talk to UGK Record artist Hezeleo and he had some things to get off his chest.
I don't even have much to say, just read the interview and get one of them Pimp C tees!!
How's things been going in the UGK camp?
We blessed first of all. But right now it's still a little difficult getting use to my business associate, my friend, and my fam ain't commin back no more thats the weather with me.
When I spoke to Big Bubb, I asked him how Pimp C influenced him. How was Pimp C an influence, mentor, good friend, etc. for you?
Ever since i've known Pimp and Bun I've always respected them for taking there dreams an running with it. I knew they were gonna be legends from the jump. Their timing was right. They were determined. So UGK as a whole gave me the fuel as an artist from their hometown. To say my n*ggas "knockin doors down" well, I'm comin' right behind them yea!!!
What new music you got coming out?
I got a gang of sh*t Im doing. Mixtapes with dj's damn near everyday. I'm still circulating my joint Bought a Cadillac feat. Pimp and Bun. I'm also putting together the UGK Posse Album feat. Pimp-C, Vicous XVII, Big Bubb, Bido, T.O.E., Bank Roll, Ivory P, Bundy G, and Smoke D in spirt, Free Smoke D! I'm working with the Fleet Dj's getting on a lot stuff they got popping. I got joints in Canada with Rihie Sosa. I did some joints with Jeezo from France. He came down stayed a month and we put in work I got a bunch of features out there with a lot of up an comming cats, etc. The list goes on Smitty J, money about to do something with Two Five, 50 Cent's cousin. Sam Chris...man let me quit younoimtalnbout!
You got an album droppin soon?
I'm droppin mixtapes and I have about 3 solo projects. Just going to keep droppin' bombs until somebody budget my sh*t right. Don't wanna drop and do mixtape numbers. I got to get all that good sh*t in line. Promo tha hell outta my name, image, and sound. When that skillet get hot enough, bam, I'm droppin' the muthafu*in meat on a pit! Naw I'm going to drop a digital album pretty soon with the Fleet Dj's so be on the look out for that on iTunes and about 1000 other digital web sites! Matter of fact, go get some of the hot sh*t thats alreay in circulation. Got a gang of underground [artists] on my project. I know you and Bubb pushin the R.I.P. Pimp C tees. What's the response been like to those?
Pimp kept me an Bubb with something to push in life now in death. God rest his soul. Man, the fans have really showed up an supported everything we've been doing. I started the Pimp C forever at his mom's house. She's my heart. We been down with each other before the champagne, but everyone was bootlegging the mans name on the R.I.P tip, and that sh*t hurts to see a legend, my homies mom, not get a f*ckin' nickel off of her only sons demise! So I told her, Pimp C is forever and we gonna do a Pimp C Forever movement. Shows, mixtapes, whatever to keep revenue coming, and the legacy alive for his seeds.
What's the best way for the fans to purchase one of the shirts?

What projects are you pushing out this year?
Stay tuned it looks like its gonna be one hell of a year! I'm tryin' to knock a patch of hair outta n*ggas head with so much work. Be on the look out for my mixtapes, Live from PA, feat. up and coming locals. Live from BMT, with the same formula. Blockstarz Vol. 2, Dome Call Vol. 3, etc. XVII and I just did a tape with DJ Chuck T. I almost forgot, Smalls and I are about to get something poppin'. We already started. I just got done with a tape with Fleet Djs, DJ Starline, DJ Pimp, man it goes on check them out on datpiff.com. Also DJ Ric slowed down mixtape. I see the song, Bought A Cadillac was on AllHipHop & got a good response. How does that feel to see Pimp get that love still?
He deserve it. He paved the way for a lot of n*ggas. Folk gotta get that in they head. Bun and Pimp taught these n*ggas how to talk. So the ones that don't give they respect they just new age marks in the dark. The ones that hate from the ole school, them boys probably came thru they town and knocked down. They h*e an they still holding that hate in they heart. Get over it! Them h*es choosy baby!
Have you worked with Bun B for his new album?
Nah I aint trippin. It would be a good look but no. I learned what's for you will come to you. If you show up if it don't sweat it. I'm a grinder. I dont focus on
what ain't happen I make sh*t happen!
What artists, other than UGK Posse do you want to work with or collaborate with?
Every n*gga trying to bring back some resources to his fam and his community I'm not with that empty sh*t. Just cause a n*gga got a name, I wanna get in with him. N*gga might be a h*e or a child molester. Fu*k that hype, where your heart at, how you treat people who aint got sh*t cause we all a couple of paychecks from being in them same shoe's chea!!!!

First I wanna thank God for being alive today, and give shouts out to my mama and my second mom, Mama Wes. I'm a mama's boy, thats what them h*es use to say. All my fam UGK Posse. Y'all that think UGK is gone because Pimp C is gone, you wrong.
Houston has had some hard hits with Hawk gone, Big Moe, Fat Pat, and the Legendary DJ Screw.
H-Town will stay on top and you will hear the style UGK has in Hazeleo.
