Reportedly, he was arrested by Cleveland Police after after he allegedly attempted to pass through an airport security check point with a fully loaded handgun.

Right now he is facing local firearm charges, but may face more charges under the Air Piracy Act.

At the time I am typing this, he is still in Cuyahoga County Jail.
