Rick Ross spoke to Billboard recently about the delay of his sophomore set, Trilla. The album, which was originally due on Dec. 18 via Slip-N-Slide/Def Jam, is now set to hit shelves Feb. 19.

"We had a few clearance issues, including one song produced by DJ Toomp," said Ross. "It's called This Me and it's a real personal record for me, so I wanted to make sure it got on the album. Toomp produced White House on my first record and we made magic."

The album's current single Speedin', which features R. Kelly, DJ Khaled and Diddy, is growing in popularity as it jumped from the 74 spot to 60 on Billboard's Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart. In addition to the radio, the song has appear in a video recently, and is now making its rounds on BET and MTV.

"It's directed by Gil Green, who also directed Hustlin' and DJ Khaled's I'm So Hood," said Ross of the video. "I actually jump off a bridge in the beginning -- it's crazy."

Trilla features guest appearances by T-Pain, Lil' Wayne, Jay-Z, Akon, Trick Daddy and Marsha Ambrosius (of Floetry).
