a Cobb County clerk told the NY Daily that Usher's lawyer called the courthouse and had a conversation about filing for divorce.
“The papers haven’t been filed yet, but we had a telephone conversation last week with an attorney asking how to file for them.”
Don't know if this is true or not but another side to the story is saying this is nothing but a publicity stunt to support Usher's new album. Who knows.
