Ruben Studdard is reportedly behind in his taxes and owes the IRS approximately $200,000 in unpaid taxes. The Feds and the state of Alabama have placed liens on Ruben's property.

All this comes from 2003 & 2005 when Ruben never paid his income taxes for those two years. Ruben's attorney says that he has the money to pay.

If he had the money, he should have paid up and his business wouldn't be out in the streets!
