A representative for The Game is claiming that the rapper is free and he wasn't just moved to another location.

One of Game's reps told MTV that he was freed on March 9th at 11:34pm. after just serving 8 days of a 60 day sentence.

Now, this report is conflicting with one given by his manager, Jimmy Rosemond.

They need to get on the ball and report the correct information.
