R. Kelly needs to go chill under a rock somewhere!

I thought Ne-Yo wasn't mad about being kicked off the tour.

Well, a lawsuit was filed claiming that Ne-Yo was fired from the tour without a cause.

Ne-Yo was kicked off in November 2007 and was only paid $50,000 for his performances. Ne-Yo reportedly wants $785,000 for being a featured artist on the tour.

Ne-Yo believes he was let go because his crowds were more energetic than R. Kelly's, but Kelly's people say contractual reasons is the cause for Ne-Yo's termination.

We'll see what happens with this one.
