Eddie Murphy did exchange vows with Tracey Edmonds.

People Magazine is reporting the two were married in a ceremony on a private island off Bora Bora with about 25 friends and family attending.

Eddie's best man was Johnny Gill (which is ironic if you remember the rumors about Eddie and Johnny).

The two gave lavish gifts to the bridesmaids and groomsmen. The bridesmaids walked away with gold and diamond earrrings and the groomsmen, D. Atlantis watches.

I haven't heard anything about Mel B. issuing a statement. She is probably somewhere pissed off.
