I promised I would update you on what really happened to Kanye's mom. I hope they get a final ruling on what happened so all the rumors can be put to rest.
The Los Angeles County Coroner released a 17 page autopsy report yesterday. They said the exact cause of death could not be determined but there was “no sign of surgical or anesthetic misadventure.”
“Based on the history and available information, as currently known, the manner of death could not be determined,” said Deputy Medical Examiner Dr. Luis Pena said in the report.
