Most of you have seen the video of Amy Winehouse hitting the glass pipe and saying she took 6 valium to bring her down.

Well, some sites were reporting that she checked herself into rehab. People magazine got the official report that Ms. Winehouse has not checked herself into rehab.

"Amy is not in rehab," said her rep. "She was seeing a doctor who she regularly sees as part of her ongoing treatment. It was a regular appointment which she attends all the time. She has not checked in overnight."

She is still slated to perform at the Grammy's but does have to submit drug tests in order to get a visa to attend.
