TMZ is reporting that Remy Ma is going to have to face gang assault and witness intimidation charges too!

The charges come from when she got some of her male friends to beat the s**t out of the boyfriend of a witness that was going to testify in her assault trial.

Her lawyer says there isn't enough evidence to formally file her on these charges.

Her next court date is January 3rd. We'll see how it pans out.

Notice...we haven't heard any response from her addressing Lil' Kim.
