If you haven't heard, Joe Horn, a Pasadena Texas resident, called 911 when he saw burgulars going into his neighbors home. He repeatedly told the dispatcher he was going to do something about it. He also told the dispatcher that he was going to shoot them. He asked the dispatcher if he [dispatcher] wanted him [Horn] to stop them. The dispatcher answered no and said, it wasn't worth killing anyone over. Initially, Horn said the men were black but they were later identified as Miguel Antonio DeJesus, 38, and Diego Ortiz, 30.
I don't think he had the right to kill these men at all. His lawyer says his client was "just doing what everyone is supposed to do." I don't believe that for one bit.
I wanna know your thoughts, should justice be served for this killer, or was he doing the right thing?

he's white and theyre mexican he gets probation. if they were black-community service. the fact is he premeditadedly killed two people who were unarmed -he should get life in prison. but he won't for the reason i entered above.

My heart goes out to the Taylor family in this time of their loss. My heart also goes out to any family that has had a home invasion as Sean did. It's sad when our home is not even safe anymore. It's sad that we have to put multiple locks on the doors, bars on the windows and live like we are in jail in order to feel safe.
To put it plain and simple, this shit has to stop. This is my P.S.A. to all my blog viewers:
Do what you have to in order to protect your home and family. I don't condone unnecessary violence, but if the police and all the precautions we take to keep us safe doesn't work, then by any means necessary, protect yourself.
