Prodigy has had his fair share of problems. From rap beefs, beef with the law and his life long battle with sickle cell. Now he has to deal with this.
Prodigy made a deal with Vox Music Group in August 2007 to be paid $10,300 for his services with the label. The last three month Vox has missed their payments causing the incarcerated rappers family to have to go into foreclosure forcing him to sue the label so that his wife and his kids can keep their home.
In the documents filed to Manhattan Supreme Court, Prodigy's lawyer spell everything out.
"These breaches . . . have put Prodigy's family in financial peril,"
Once payment is made Prodigy is also asking for the deal to be terminated.
