TMZ is reporting that Mike Jackson owes over $24 million on Neverland Valley Ranch and Financial Title Company wants their money by March 19th.

If he doesn't pay up, the property will be auctioned off at the Santa Barbara County courthouse (no auction date set just yet).

Not only will he lose the land if he doesn't pay, he will also lose all his belongings that are still on the property including any furniture, appliances, artwork and outside fixtures (like the infamous merry-go-round).
